Are you a home buyer & want to understand the condition of the apartment/condominium before purchasing a decision. Are you selling or a realtor who wishes to identify potential issues before putting the property on the market? It is strongly recommended to hire an experienced home inspector to check the place before listing it. And if you are the buyer, you want to know the condition before putting in an offer. An inspection done by Arch Home Inspections will provide a clear picture of the unit for sale. We know some decide against doing a pre inspection or even forgo the inspection altogether. Never a good idea as it will be hard to know what may be discovered during the inspection.
What is included in a STRATA Inspection?
